Delivery availability

The destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimated timeframes available for your basket are shown at checkout. Product availability may vary by country and fulfilment partner.

Supplier-dependent products

Physical products are not released for sale until their fulfilment route has been confirmed. We do not promise international delivery for an item until its supplier rates and service levels have been validated.

Dispatch and tracking

Where tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if they contain products fulfilled by different approved partners.

Digital products

Digital products do not require shipping. Access instructions are sent electronically to the email address used at checkout.
